incredible! I love this hotel. As soon as we entered the warrensburg station, we were greeted by the friendly staff. As we fixed some issues on our end, the staff made popcorn in the lobby that we enjoyed along with the lemon water, and chip bags that are always available for free. The room was clean and smelled fresh, there was everything we needed-- even a cute little rubber ducky to welcome us. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were by far my favorite part. they were both clean. The hot tub is big and the pool is perfect for family as it goes from 3ft to 5ft in the middle. The free breakfast was delicious!! the staff during breakfast were very kind and helpful. they refilled all the breakfast as needed, even close to closing time, they made sure everyone had everything they wanted to eat! biscuits and gravy were yummy! This hotel was in a great convenient location and exceeded my expectations!! highly recommend.

Can't praise them enough! Beautifully allocated hotel. Beautiful building. Phenomenal staff. Tracie, you're a forever friend! John and the owner, who's name I didn't catch, were also amazing. The owner was always present, always visible, and clearly a part of his amazing team! Popcorn in the evening, top tier. Phenomenal price for all the amenities available. Nothing was out of order and even with only 1 elevator, it was fast, clean, and didn't take long! I'm a hotel snob and couldn't find a single thing to complain about. If we're in the area again, staying here is non-negotiable.

Highly recommend. We've stayed multiple times and the staff are warm and caring and the service is great. From making a banana dolphin for my child at breakfast to giving a stocking on Christmas, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

Lovely staff, beautiful lobby decorations and great breakfast. We arrived late at night and the lady at the front desk made sure to put us in a room with as few neighbors as possible since we have a baby who would cry. The gentlemen working met us at the door by our room with a luggage cart and when our keys didn’t work, he let us into our room with his master key and took our broken keys back to the desk before returning functional keys to us. This was so nice being that we had the baby and luggage to worry about. Thank you!

Stayed here while visiting family in Warrensburg for the holidays. The staff were all super friendly and what makes this hotel stand out. Rooms were very clean. Good breakfast. My only wish is that they were dog friendly.

The rooms are what I expected. The issues I had were 1. The door knob fell off while I was in the room. Good thing I noticed the tiny screw that fell from the handle. 2. The phone didn't work. I tried calling the front desk to say that the door handle fell off. They knew the phones didn't work. 3. The shower didn't work. I told the front desk about it, and they showed me instructions on how to turn it on. There was no lever to push or pull to start the shower. Instead, you had to twist something from the spout.

The entire stay was a delight. From the ease of check-in, to breakfast the next morning. The room was perfect and had the Big 3: good a/c, hot shower, comfy bed. Very quiet neighborhood and it felt completely safe. I travel alone a lot, and this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. For the price, it was exceptional.

Our stay started so nice but quickly took a turn for the worse. Would not recommend. Staff is rude and impulsive, will kick you out on a dime and respond with a “not my problem” and leave you on the curb. The worst customer service I think …
